1. Introduction

- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You have not previously had an 89b account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
89b reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3. Account Registration and Security
Registration and Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date at all times. 89b reserves the right to verify all information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, together with forfeiture of any account balance.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on 89b at any time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the intention or means used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 89b reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any associated wagers and bonuses, and withhold any balance across all accounts pending investigation.
Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 89b will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 89b support immediately.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 89b are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 89b supports deposits and withdrawals through locally trusted mobile financial services. The following clauses apply to all payment activity on the platform.
Accepted Payment Methods
89b currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Supported methods may change over time. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used for withdrawal matches the method used for the corresponding deposit, as required by anti-money-laundering procedures.
Minimum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳20. Minimum withdrawal amounts are determined by the chosen payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. 89b reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with or without prior notice. Large transactions may be subject to enhanced verification requirements.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by 89b in a timely manner. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and on verification requirements. 89b reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or confirmation that all wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been met. Funds cannot be withdrawn until they are available in the withdrawable balance.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, 89b offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Employees and agents of 89b are not eligible to claim bonuses.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the associated funds become withdrawable. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
- 89b reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any player found to be abusing a promotional offer or attempting to exploit the wagering-requirement system.
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
89b is not responsible for any technical error, network failure, or third-party disruption that prevents a player from using a bonus within its validity period. Claims for bonus reinstatement on grounds of technical failure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at 89b's sole discretion.
6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
89b is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89b platform and may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or loophole in the platform's systems to gain funds or benefits that would not otherwise be available.

- Opening or operating accounts using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information.
89b employs fraud detection tools and cooperates with payment partners and relevant authorities to identify and act upon prohibited conduct. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full. 89b reserves the right to report confirmed fraudulent activity to relevant legal authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 89b platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, data, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is owned by or licensed to 89b and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 89b content without prior written permission from 89b.
Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. 89b grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. This licence is revocable at any time at 89b's sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform. 89b's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall in no event exceed the total deposits made by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
89b does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 89b takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 89b's control. 89b will not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.
